fleuriste flower and headband supply began out of my constant search for beautiful high quality silk flower supplies to make the handmade creations for our gift shop Mama Always Said. If you need ready-made gifts visit that shop HERE.
I spent months upon months finding great, reliable suppliers for wholesale silk flowers, 5/8" headbands, 1/8" headbands, elastic by the yard, glitter elastic, shabby rose trim and more! Helpful Sites Shipping and Returns
Orders are processed in order of receipt. If you need an order prioritized please contact us at hello_fleuristesupplies.com BEFORE placing it to see if its possible. Most orders ship in 1-3 days but can take up to 10 days depending on contents. For example rolled rosettes are hand rolled by us and will delay an order somewhat. You will receive a tracking number via our stamps.com software when the order has shipped. If you don't see that tracking number check your spam box, sometimes they end up there!
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail. This method of shipping AVERAGES 2-6 weeks and can take longer. It also carries NO tracking number so we cannot track it unfortunately. If you need your order more quickly please contact us about Priority or Express Mail International. They don't carry tracking either BUT they carry customs numbers which are usually scanned when the package is handed over to your country's postal system. The ONLY way to track an international package is FedEx or UPS, please contact us if you'd like to use them. Its very expensive typically (which is a huge bummer!). We rarely have customers pick that method. That being said 95% of our international orders arrive within 2-3 weeks. Shipping over the holidays will undoubtedly take longer so please be prepared and order ahead!
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of a package. Please contact us so we know to expect items returned back to us. CLEARANCE items are not returnable or refundable for any reason. They may be damaged or we may just not be carrying them anymore, please read the description to find out because we will not return or refund those packages. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
If your package does not arrive please contact us ASAP! We have this happen very rarely, 99% of the time its at the apartment office, a spouse has brought it in and not told you, or the neighbor has it. We do attach tracking to ALL domestic packages and will do everything we can to help you find it, including contacting the post office for you. In the event the post office cannot find the package we will mail a replacement once they tell us the package is lost (this typically takes them 7-10 days to confirm after we file a complaint, and we will not ship a replacement until then). International packages cannot be replaced under any circumstances unless you pay for a trackable method such as FedEx or UPS.
Out of stock items will be automatically refunded to you. If you prefer to be notified if an item is out of stock before we ship please let us know by emailing to hello_fleuristesupplies.com
