Shipping & Returns

 

Orders are processed in order of receipt. Most orders ship in 1-3 days but can take up to 10 days depending on contents. For rush orders please select the "Rush My Order" option at checkout which will speed up your PROCESSING time. For faster shipping please pick a faster shipping METHOD such as FedEX or Priority Mail.  You will receive a tracking number when the order has shipped from our stamps.com software or the FedEx website.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail. This method of shipping AVERAGES 2-6 weeks and can take longer.  It also carries NO tracking number so we cannot track it unfortunately. If you need to be able to track your order please choose FedEx as a shipping option. If you choose USPS International First Class/Priority/Express Mail the package will carry no tracking and shipping timelines vary. That being said 95% of our international orders arrive within 2-3 weeks.  Shipping over the holidays will undoubtedly take longer so please be prepared and order ahead! As of August 2014 we also qualified for better FedEx international rates. Up to 5 pounds can ship for as little as $35 with full tracking and a 2-4 day arrival time! Please consider this if you have a larger international order.
 
If your package does not arrive please contact us ASAP! We have this happen very rarely, 99% of the time its at the apartment office, a spouse has brought it in and not told you, or the neighbor has it. We do attach tracking to ALL domestic packages and will do everything we can to help you find it, including contacting the post office for you. In the event the post office cannot find the package we will mail a replacement once they tell us the package is lost (this typically takes them 7-10 days to confirm after we file a complaint, and we will not ship a replacement until then).  International packages cannot be replaced under any circumstances unless you pay for a trackable method such as FedEx or UPS. 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of a package. Please contact us so we know to expect items returned back to us.  CLEARANCE items are not returnable or refundable for any reason.  They may be damaged or we may just not be carrying them anymore, please read the description to find out as we will not return or refund those packages. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Out of stock items will be refunded to you when we do refunds every two weeks. If you prefer to be notified if an item is out of stock before we ship please let us know by emailing to hello@fleuristesupplies.com
